Tips to a healthier lifestyle

Jeg træner hver dag og af den grund, går jeg meget op i, hvad jeg indtager. Det er jeg sikker på, at der også er en masse af jer andre, der gør. I min sportsgren skal jeg forblive en vægtklasse, så derfor ændrer jeg mine kostvaner, således at jeg forbliver under den vægtgrænse, der er. Fx så laver mine forældre og jeg tit smoothies til morgenmad, også spiser vi salat hverdag, som vi varierer med forskellige former for grøntsager og frugter (især jordbær er lækre at putte i). Derudover er det også rart med nogle mellemmåltider som hjemmelavet knækbrød eller ristede solsikkekerner med salt. Jeg kan også anbefale jer at lave jeres egen saftevand, som denne hyldeblomst saftevand, som min mor er yderst god til at lave. Vedrørende træning vil jeg anbefale jer at at downloade app'en Endomondo til jeres iPhone, som fortæller jer hvor mange kalorier i forbrænder, max hastighed, væskebalance osv. til alle former for sport.

I train everyday and for that reason I care a lot about what I'm eating and drinking and I know there is a lot of you who probably cares about that as well. In my sport I need to stay in a certain weight class so I've changed my diet to keep my weight under the weight limit. E.g. my parents or I make some delicious smoothies for breakfast and we eat salad everyday and variates with all different kinds of vegetables and fruits (strawberry is especially good). In addition to that it's also nice to have some in between meals such as homemade crisp bread or roasted sunflower seeds with salt. I will also recommend you to make your own juice as this elderflower juice, which my mom is so good at making. As regards training I'd definitely recommend you guys to use Endomondo for your iPhone which is an app which tells you how many calories you've burned, maximum speed, fluid balance etc. in all kinds of sports.
